What started as an idea for brief epilogue to celebrate the 10th anniversary of “Breaking Bad” turned into a feature length Netflix film. “El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie” serves as a coda to the hit television series that revolves around Jesse Pinkman, including flashbacks of his treatment under hostage to Todd and his crew of nazis, and how the collection of his experiences taught him how to handle life after meth.
Jerome and Kevin discuss their thoughts on the movie, where it falls in terms of importance in the Breaking Bad universe, and show some love for the late Robert Forster.
New to Jerome? His newest podcast, Pantheon Plus, has taken the place of the long-running The Superhero Pantheon. The spinoff series is expanding to some different genres, having covered Lord of the Rings, Planet of the Apes and starting next week Beverly Hills Cop.
Matt has also launched his Batman The Animated Series recap, The Matt Signal. New episode recaps every Saturday and Sunday.
