Plot summary: In an effort to create a new body for Derek Powers, Mr. Freeze is used as a test run, restoring one of Gotham’s most notorious criminals after 50 years in storage.

Following the conclusion of Gotham Adventures in 2003, Dan Slott and Ty Templeton resurrected The Batman Adventures for a second volume. It only lasted 17 issues before getting prematurely cancelled due to a new Batman cartoon that of course needed its own tie-in comic.

To coincide with the series being retitled to The New Batman Adventures, the comics were once again rebranded to match, leading to the longest run of all: Gotham Adventures. It lasted for a shocking 60 issues, plus a one-shot.
