From Broadcast Depth – Episode 29: ‘Stranger in a Strange Land’ & ‘Tricia Tanaka is Dead’

thumbnail_FBCDEpisode29

We’ve reached a landmark, friends, as we cover the worst episode in LOST history!

“Stranger in a Stange Land” holds the dishonorable distinction of being universally hated by the fans and show creators alike, and we talk about all the reasons why that is. Not only is it bad episode, but it changed the course of the show’s history forever. This is the longest non-two part episode discussion to date and for good reason.

Thankfully, this episode is followed by one of the funniest episodes in the shows history at this point, where Hurley finds a van on the island and uses that as a tool to cheer himself and Charlie up, and incidentally bond with Jin and Sawyer.
